CLASS FORMAT: This is a live demonstration-style masterclass. Attendees will watch and learn as I demonstrate the baking, preparation, decorating and construction of a wedding cake step-by-step. Attendees will not be individually baking their own cakes during the masterclass.

Cake & Baking
Learn how to bake our famous vanilla and chocolate cake. Wedding cake preparation, ganache/buttercream, fondant, structure, stacking, separators, decoration techniques, sugar flowers, wafer/rice paper, edible printing and safe cake transport.

Business of Baking
Cake costing and pricing, understanding true costs, pricing for profit, basic record keeping, managing orders/customers, and building a sustainable baking business.
